On friday,I got back my result slip. Anyway, the comments that the teachers gave weren't that positive at all. I guessed I have to try harder in certain areas that the teachers had pointed out. At night, Evan and I went out together to Alex's house to do project work. It was around 11.30 when we reached his house. Anyway, we chong all the way. Evan slept at 2.15am, Alex slept at 2.45am while I slept at 5am. LOL!! We woke up at 8am and Rachel and Tzeyuen came to take over us. They followed up on what we had done. We chatted for a long time and Rachel even suggested that we go Changi Airport to do projectwork because she wanted to eat the popeye chicken or what. -_-''
Later on the saturday afternoon, Xue Lin, Kwok Hoe, Aaron, Hui Shan, Shuang Ying and I went for the one-star kayaking course at East Coast. It was really fun. We were late for our first lesson and we met the other half of our class but I forgot which institute they were from. They were a friendly group of people. They chatted with us during the course. It was very fun. We had to go through the talk before we started to get into the kayak and started to go on our own in that small swimming pool. It was difficult to control because the kayak was designed to be like this. I was being knocked by the girls!! They kept trying to capsize me~! Anyway, for the second part of the lesson, we had to learn how to capsize in the correct manner. I used to have a bad thought of capsizing but now I simply LOVE IT!! It was fun!! I really liked it a lot!! We were supposed to hug our kayak and capsized with hands holding onto the paddle. Then, we had to hit the boat three times with our hands before we came out of the water. It was fun at least for me!! Xue lin also loved it. She demostrated it for HuiShan and she got herself into the water. It was so funny. She capsized a lot of times. The last time she capsized was to get her rubber band that fell into the pool. -_-'' Haha..We also learnt how to save a capsized boat. Kwok Hoe, Aaron and I were in one group. We took turns to capsize and one will be the main rescuer while the other is the assistant rescuer. The funny part was that I helped Aaron up and I pushed him into the water again. LOL!! Haha.. I saved him and I asked him whether he was okay and I gave him a pat on his shoulders. I turned over to talk to Kwok Hoe and when I turned back, he was there in the waters. I screamed at him for capsizing again because I had to save him again. But actually it was me who pushed him into the water. LOL!! Aaron and I were laughing like mad. HAHAHA..
The strokes were easy except for the J-draw. It was difficult as my boat kept turning instead of moving sideways. Anyway, I passed. That's the main point! HAHA..
After kayaking, we went to Fish And Co to have our dinner. We waited for more than fourty-five minutes in order to get a seat for the six of us. It was a long long boring boring wait. We went in and ate the stupid fish which was actually not bad. We chatted until 10pm because xuelin said that she wanted to sit longer because we waited for a long time. LOL!! It was quite a nice chat and we had a lot of laughters on the way. I heard from Xue Lin that Shuang Ying chatted with the girls on the MRT and forgot to alight at her stop. LOL!! I didn't see it because Kwok Hoe and I were sleeping in the MRT. Haha..
On Sunday,we meet at 11.30 at Bedok in order to arrive early and not to be late. We reached the place at 12.57pm which was 3 minutes before the session started. We went to the sea to start our expedition. We paired up. Xue Lin and Aaron, *KWOK HOE AND HUISHAN*(MUHAHA..WELL PLANNED RIGHT???), Me and Shuang Ying. It was quite fun except that I puked halfway. It was not because I got sea-sick or what. It was because of the super sour sweet that SOMEBODY GAVE IT TO ME and I had not had anything in the morning. So I puked up all the HCL in my stomach into the keyword and guessed what!? I was super high after that. Haha..
After the expedition, we went back to the swimming pool to modify the skills that we learnt yesterday. We had to do the capsize and rescue drill. This time, we were paired up. So Aaron and I were together in a pair. I capsized first. It was a successful one except that I sank my kayak half-way. So Aaron had to pull the boat up with all his strength.LOL!! He had to filp the boat twice in order to clear most of the water. LOL!! Later I capsized and Xue Lin helped me. The worst thing was that I got back to the boat that was half-filled with water. LOL!! She was trying to make me SINK instead of capsizing. LOL!! Later, all the rest of the AJC people went to add water to my boat. My boat was like half a inch lower as compared to the rest. LOL!!
Before we went back to take a shower, we had a mass capsize for all ajc people. HAHA~! LOL!! The six of us went into the water together. Haha. Can you imagine that scene!? SO FUN~!We managed to graduate from the one star course. Later, Kwok Hoe and I went to eat the Zui Kui at the hawker centre while the rest went to eat KFC. Kwok Hoe ate 16pieces while I ate 8. WOW..
It was a really fun experience when we go as a group to learn new stuff together. We are planning to learn two star at the end of the year,any takers wanna to join us???
Btw, I took my NAPFA test yesterday. Guess what!? I graduated from nil to a Silver!! WOW!!
