DayCare Concert..
In the morning,I went for this MOE facilitator's briefing from 9am to 11am. It was at Aljunied there. I went there and guess what? Only five people turned up for this briefing. Another from my school and the rest were from SAJC. Supposedly, there were twenty-two of us there but in the end,all PS!!
Never mind about that. I'm just looking forward to that day be it sunny or rainy. Haha..
After that, I went to DayCare Centre to prepare things for the night's performance. When I was at the MRT station, I saw YongHui so we went there together. The stage and some of the decoration items were already there. So we went to put our bags and started roaming around to see if there was anything for us to do.
I think all the harmo people almost died from overeating. Haha.. We had Nasi Lemak with extra eggs, chicken wings and cucumber. For tea, we had deep-fried curry puff and popiah(I think so) and Tang Yuan. Then for dinner, we had buffet. Too much food for the day!!
I only managed to put some decoration items and arranged the fans and their wires with the help of Glenn. It was quite okay except for climbing the ladder which was very unstable.
One of the teacher there taught us how to make balloon sculpture. It wasn't as scary as I thought. Actually I wasn't scared of balloon but I pretended to be one so that if I made the balloon burst and I jumped, it was still ok. Haha.. I made my first and only dog!! Limited Edition!! Haha.. It was very interesting!! But I only know how to make dog. On the hand, the teacher said that if I knew how to make dog, I already knew how to make cat, rabbit and the long-neck animal called Gi-something. Forget..
Doing balloon sculpturing requires 80% flexibility and 20% skill..
Evan and I were supposed to help the guys do the make-up but we were doing the decorations and forgot about it. When we remembered it, the make-up was almost done. Some of the make-up were good but others were hilarious. I only remembered Qi Jian. His make-up was super duper thick!! I thought he was a girl in the beginning until I looked at him closer. Haha..
During the concert, Evan, KwokHoe, HuiXin and I were carrying the items up and down the stage for the performers. The portable stairs were weak and unsteady. So dangerous!!
The finale was a dance which required the parents to dance too. It was fun to see almost everyone enjoying it!! So NICE!! WHY DIDN'T I BRING MY CAMERA!! AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!
I enjoyed myself throughly. Nice concert!! I will upload the pictures when Evan send me those he took.
After that, we served the people food and we too ate the food. FOOD AGAIN!? LOL!!
